Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Luxury Lighting Company (operated by Fern and Willow Home Private Limited) believes in building long-term trust with its customers and therefore follows a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to accept a cancellation request.

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

The issue must be reported to our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery at support@luxurylightingcompany.com along with photos of the product and packaging.

The request will be reviewed, and once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund (as applicable).

Items must be unused and in their original packaging when applicable.
Product Not as Described
If you feel the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Our team will review the issue and take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
Warranty Claims
Some lighting products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer as per their terms. If required, The Luxury Lighting Company will assist you in facilitating the process.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
