I received a faulty item! What should I do?
If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture of it along with your order number to support@luxurylightingcompany.com.
If the item delivered to you is faulty or damaged, we’ll send you a free replacement. You don’t need to send it back to us 🙂 All we’d need is a clear photo of the faulty product.
Why is my order delayed?
We understand how frustrating it can be when orders don’t arrive on time. You may have ordered for a special occasion or simply don’t like waiting.
Our orders are shipped from our warehouse and are usually processed within 1-2 days of receiving the order. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.
However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to courier or postal service issues. We kindly request you to allow a few extra days if such delays happen. You’ll also receive tracking details to monitor your package status.
Please note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, cancellations are not possible. If you face issues with delivery timelines, feel free to email us at support@luxurylightingcompany.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you received the wrong size, please double-check your order details first. Often, customers mistakenly select the wrong size while placing the order. If that’s the case, contact our support team for assistance with the exchange process.
If you ordered the correct size but still received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ll send you a free replacement. Just email us a picture of the product at support@luxurylightingcompany.com and we’ll get it resolved quickly.
I ordered by mistake / I’m no longer interested. Can I cancel?
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing them since we usually ship within 48 hours.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 7–10 business days. Please note, shipment times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every order includes tracking once it’s processed (within 1–2 days). If you haven’t received your tracking number, email us at support@luxurylightingcompany.com with your order number and we’ll send it to you.

Where can I track my order?
Once your tracking number is provided, you can track your order online by entering the details sent to your email.
Will I get notified when my order is shipped?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email once your order has been dispatched.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you provided the wrong address and the order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at support@luxurylightingcompany.com and we’ll update it.
If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot re-send it to the new address. Please double-check your shipping details when placing orders.
Taxes & Duties
All our shipments are within India, so international taxes and duties do not apply. However, if any regional/state taxes are applicable, the customer will be responsible.
In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
